Hotels and restaurants to know the most exclusive part of France

France is definitely the country of good living, and has a huge diversity of environments and land, which makes it one of the most visited countries in the world. If you still do not know its culture, it is the perfect time to get into its cuisine, get to know its impressive landscapes and relax in some of its most exclusive places.

Our neighboring country can boast a special geographic location, continental and Mediterranean, alpine and maritime, a space for all tastes that seduces all its visitors. Thanks to its memorable history, today it leaves us great monuments such as Versailles, its beautiful cathedrals throughout the country, Mount Saint-Michel or its many fairytale castles.

One of the most remarkable cities is obviously, Paris, capital of luxury, admired by the whole world, with the Eiffel Tower and the Champs Elysees at the top of its star points. Its nature is infinitely varied. The hillside villages in Provence have nothing to do with the wild Brittany coasts, or the Burgundian vineyard and the peaks of the Alps. However, all these regions have a common denominator: its cuisine, an emblem of the French way of living.

We are going to recommend two hotels that would never leave any of their guests indifferent. The first one is the Hôtel Anne de Bretagne, a gourmet getaway by the sea, the kitchen is run by Mathieu Guibert, and its cuisine would be defined as marine and creative.

The Maison Anne de Bretagne is part of the wild landscape of the south coast of Brittany and offers a menu inspired by the sea that defends local fishing. The chef himself selects the seafood every morning for his guests. In its refined cuisine, one can rediscover long lost ingredients, such as the salicornia, a rare small plant that grows in brackish water. Local producers have priority, especially for vegetables and dairy products. It is a contemporary villa on the Jade coast and from the suites and terraces in Italian style, the view of the ocean is incredible.

Another hotel with a restaurant that is worth visiting is the Bas Rupts et Chalet Fleuri, a cozy Maison that has been run by the Philippe and Witdouck families for five generations.

It consists of a set of Swiss style chalets, hidden in the forest of the Vosges, which maintains all its authenticity in any season. Between the lake and the mountain, numerous activities pay tribute to nature. It is a beautiful high-end refuge. Another strong point of the establishment: its cuisine, which also has an exceptional wine list, up to all expectations.
